Abstract

In order to assess the quality of its research output, the Banque de France has constructed its own ranking of academic journals in economics and finance. The objective is to encourage the production of research on issues relevant to the Banque de France. This post explains the ten principles underlying the construction of this ranking. Pour évaluer la qualité de sa production de recherche, la Banque de France a construit son propre classement des revues académiques en économie et finance. L’objectif de ce classement est d’inciter à la production de recherches dans les thématiques d’intérêt pour la Banque de France. Ce billet explicite les dix principes utilisés pour guider la construction de ce classement.
