Le financement des professionnels de l’immobilier par les banques françaises en 2016

Abstract

En 2016, la production de concours aux professionnels de l’immobilier a atteint 69,1 milliards, soit une hausse de 11 % par rapport à l’année précédente. Si, avec une hausse de 19,3 % par rapport à 2015, la France a enregistré une activité particulièrement dynamique sous l’effet du rachat de FONCIÈRE DE PARIS par EUROSIC au cours du premier semestre de 2016, le reste de l’Europe n’a connu qu’une croissance modeste de sa production (+1,1 %) tandis qu’elle se contractait de 4 % dans le reste du monde.
