Abstract

Le présent article d’« Analyses et Synthèses » s’appuie sur les réponses collectées dans le cadre de l‘enquête annuelle du Secrétariat général de l’ACPR au titre de l’année 2016 ainsi que sur l’exploitation des données du suivi mensuel de la production de crédits à l’habitat des particuliers de l’ACPR mis en place en septembre 2011 auprès d’un échantillon de banques représentant 96,8 % des encours de crédits à l’habitat aux particuliers au 31 décembre 20161 ; l’analyse s’appuie également sur des sources de données externes (Banque de France, INSEE, Conseil général de l'environnement et du développement durable (CGEDD), etc.), qui viennent compléter les données collectées auprès des banques ainsi que sur les informations publiées par l’Autorité bancaire européenne (European banking authority –EBA) dans le cadre de son exercice annuel de transparence2, qui permettent de procéder à quelques comparaisons internationales.
