Le financement de l’immobilier commercial par les banques françaises en 2024

Abstract

Dans le contexte d’un marché de l’immobilier commercial atone, les expositions des banques françaises au secteur sont restées stables et relativement limitées. Malgré des fondamentaux solides et un risque global maitrisé, des segments apparaissent plus vulnérables (actifs en construction, marchands de biens et actifs localisés hors de France) et une dégradation du risque de crédit s’observe en 2024 sur l’ensemble des professionnels de l’immobilier et des segments sous-jacents.
