Le financement des professionnels de l’immobilier par les banques françaises en 2020

Abstract

Ce numéro d’« Analyses et Synthèses » s’appuie sur l’exploitation des données remises par cinq grands groupes bancaires français1 à fin juin et fin décembre 2020 représentant 86,5 % du marché2. Après un premier semestre 2020 relativement dynamique, les effets de la crise ont été perceptibles sur l’activité de la seconde partie de l’année. Ainsi, la production de l’exercice 2020 s’est repliée de 14 % par rapport à 2019 tandis que les expositions ont progressé de 3,2 %, soit la croissance la plus faible depuis 2015.
