Abstract

Ð’ 2011 году Ð‘ÐµÐ»Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÑ ÑŒ пережила валютный ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ почти трехкратную девальвацию Ð±ÐµÐ»Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÑ Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ Ñ€ÑƒÐ±Ð»Ñ . Ð’ результате ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ Ð° реальные доходы Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¾ÐºÑ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ ÑŒ из-за Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÐºÐ¸Ñ… темпов Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð»Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸. Эта Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð¿Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ° Ð¾Ð¿Ð¸Ñ Ñ‹Ð²Ð°ÐµÑ‚ результаты Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ… доходов Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² 2011 году. Ð’ Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð½ÐµÐ¼ реальные доходы в четвертом квартале 2011г. упали на 15% по Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑŽ Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ периодом 2010 г. Однако при Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼ больше Ð²Ñ ÐµÑ… Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð»Ð¸ те Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¸ Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ , которые в первом квартале 2011 года получали Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ более Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÐºÐ¸Ðµ доходы. Ð•Ñ Ð»Ð¸ у тех, кто входил в первую дециль по доходам в I квартале 2011г (10% Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ñ Ð°Ð¼Ñ‹Ð¼ низким уровнем доходов). к VI кварталу реальные доходы не ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½ÑŒÑˆÐ¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ ÑŒ, то у Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ Ð´ÐµÑ Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¹ децили (10% Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ñ Ð°Ð¼Ñ‹Ð¼ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÐºÐ¸Ð¼ доходом) реальные доходы упали на 30%. ÐŸÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¸Ð¾Ð½ÐµÑ€Ñ‹ тоже Ñ Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð»Ð¸ от ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ Ð° - реальные доходы Ð¿ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¸Ð¾Ð½ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð² Ñ Ð¾ÐºÑ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ ÑŒ на 16.7% (четвертый квартал к первому кварталу 2011 года).
