Abstract

En este Documento de Trabajo se propone un conjunto de indicadores cuantitativos de equidad territorial para valorar reformas del sistema de financiación autonómica, comparando el modelo vigente con la reciente propuesta del Gobierno y diversas variaciones que reducen la arbitrariedad. This Working Paper proposes a set of quantitative indicators of territorial equity to assess reforms to the regional financing system, comparing the current model with the Government’s recent proposal and several variations aimed at reducing arbitrariness.
