¿Como Conseguir que Crezcan la Productividad y el Empleo, y Disminuya el Desequilibrio Exterior?

Abstract

Tras la crisis economica iniciada en 2008, el declive economico de sectores como el de la inversion residencial ha puesto de manifiesto que la economia espanola necesita reorientar su actividad productiva hacia sectores con mayor potencial de crecimiento futuro y de creacion de empleo, como aquellos orientados a la demanda exterior. Este cambio exige acelerar la implementacion de politicas economicas que incentiven la demanda de empleo, la competitividad de las empresas, su internacionalizacion, la mejora de sus niveles de productividad y la financiacion adecuada de proyectos empresariales rentables. La introduccion de reformas en el mercado de trabajo, que reduzcan la temporalidad y mejoren el proceso de la negociacion colectiva, las mejoras en la regulacion de los mercados de productos, que permitan un aumento de la competencia entre empresas y un aumento de su competitividad exterior, el fomento del proceso de internacionalizacion y la aceleracion del proceso de reestructuracion del sector financiero espanol, son medidas que proporcionarian incentivos a las empresas para crecer en nuevos mercados, mejorar sus niveles de eficiencia productiva y crear rapidamente empleo mas productivo y estable.
