Abstract

The report proposes some analytical tools to monitor changes over time with respect to the historical trend of selected indicators: from a territorial point of view, the analysis focuses on Apulia. After an initial examination of the PNRR's articulation into Missions and Components, a focus is proposed on the targets and indicators of the missions in Apulia. For each Component of the Plan's six Missions, a target (or investment) was selected, associated with some indicators, to allow the monitoring of Apulia's performance and the detection of deviations from the national and southern region averages. Subsequently, the different positioning of Apulia with respect to the six Missions was noted, highlighting, for each of the selected indicators, the distance of Apulia with respect to Italy for the last year for which data is available. In the conclusions, the areas that, as a result of the analysis, need greater attention, as they are potentially more strategic and, therefore, more critical to the success of the PNRR in Apulia, are highlighted.
