Où en est l’économie sénégalaise trois ans après l’alternance ?

Abstract

Depuis le début des années 2000, l’Afrique connaît une forte accélération de son rythme de croissance (5,5 % de croissance moyenne annuelle entre 2000 et 2012) faisant du continent la seconde région la plus dynamique au monde après l’Asie. En dépit de nombreux atouts, les performances économiques du Sénégal se sont pourtant inscrites en retrait par rapport à cette tendance globale. Cette étude se propose d‘analyser la situation macroéconomique et financière du Sénégal et, revient sur les atouts et contraintes pesant sur l’économie du pays.
