Kosovo : les défis de la construction du modèle de croissance

Abstract

Petit pays des Balkans occidentaux, le Kosovo a proclamé son indépendance de la Serbie de manière unilatérale en 2008. Depuis lors, le Kosovo a su consolider son indépendance et construire sa souveraineté, ce qui s’est traduit par un recul progressif des missions internationales de maintien de la paix, et a réussi à bâtir des institutions démocratiques solides, malgré une forte instabilité politique. L’aide des bailleurs de fonds s’est concentrée autour du renforcement des institutions et de la bonne gouvernance afin de favoriser la convergence vers les standards de l’Union européenne.
