Abstract

Un tiers des 200 millions de grossesses par an ne sont pas désirées. Celles-ci sont étroitement liées à des difficultés d’accès à l’éducation sexuelle et à des méthodes contraceptives efficaces. Les grossesses non désirées sont un enjeu de santé publique, puisqu’un quart d’entre elles donne lieu à un avortement non sécurisé, entraînant souvent des complications médicales.
