Abstract

El trabajo presenta los fundamentos teórico-metodológicos del Índice de Complejidad Económica (ICE) y analiza la evolución de la complejidad económica de Argentina entre 2000 y 2023, en diálogo con el tipo de cambio real. Discute limitaciones del ICE como proxy de capacidades productivas y propone ajustes metodológicos sobre el cálculo de Ventajas Comparativas Reveladas.
