Abstract

El trabajo examina la intersección entre IA y teorías de motivación humana, destacando el rol de la motivación intrínseca y el efecto crowding out; se proponen lineamientos para rediseñar incentivos en escenarios de complementariedad o reemplazo del trabajo humano.
