Abstract

How is it possible to counterbalance the adverse effects of the overdeveloped buyer power of retailers against food suppliers? How is it possible for the Federal Trade Commission or the US Department of Agriculture to regulate the supply chain and retailer-supplier relations? What are examples? How it is possible to improve the bargaining power of suppliers?
