Abstract

U.S. agricultural exports rose 10 percent to $42.5 billion in 1992, a $3.7-billion gain that included increased exports for most individual products .•• Agricultural imports totaled a record $24.6 billion in 1992,8 percent above the 1991 level•.• U.S. agricultural exports totaled $42.4 billion in FY 1992, up 13 percent from $37.6 billion the previous year •.• U.S. agricultural exports under the export credit guarantee programs of the Commodity Credit Corporation fell 2 percent in 'FY 1991 to about $4 billion.
