Abstract

Excerpts from the report Foreword: This bulletin, issued as a guidebook, discusses factors for reducing the vulnerability of food facilities to attack or other enemy action. It was developed in accordance with the responsibilities of the Secretary of Agriculture for providing ''guidance and leadership in the development of plans and programs to insure continuity of operation of vital food facilities in event of attack'', assigned by the Office of Defense Mobilization in Defense Mobilization Order I-9, on February 25, 1954.
