O Financiamento Para A Aquisição De Insumos Nas Revendas Do Paraná

Abstract

A participação do governo federal no financiamento agrícola começou nos anos de 1930, com a criação, no Banco do Brasil, da Carteira de Crédito Agrícola e Industrial (CREAI). Em 1965 foi criado o Sistema Nacional de Crédito Rural (SNCR), objetivando que, parte dos recursos captados pelos bancos fosse canalizada para a agricultura. Durante as décadas seguintes ocorreram muitas mudanças em relação aos recursos disponíveis para o setor agrícola, ficando cada vez mais difícil o acesso do produtor a esse recurso. Nesse sentido o presente trabalho tem por objetivo identificar as causas do difícil acesso ao financiamento nas instituições financeiras e o papel das Revendas como fonte desse recurso. A metodologia utilizada foi a entrevista com as Revendas de várias regiões do Paraná, onde foi constatado que 90% das vendas realizadas são para prazo safra, sendo um canal de financiamento do agricultor paranaense.
