Abstract

Ao longo dos anos a maior parte das empresas tem focado sua atenção em novas formas de desenvolver negócios com o objetivo de garantir maior competitividade, o que as leva a considerar cada vez mais seu ambiente de atuação e o ajuste necessário às ações de seus concorrentes. Neste cenário, as organizações empresariais começaram a perceber a importância do gerenciamento eficaz de seu canal de distribuição. Mais precisamente, a estratégia de canal de distribuição surge como filosofia para orientar a organização na busca por uma vantagem competitiva sustentável. Desta forma, o objetivo geral deste artigo é compreender a estratégia de canal de distribuição de uma cooperativa da região oeste do Paraná para seus produtos destinados ao mercado interno, com o objetivo de avaliar e propor alternativas que estimulem o desenvolvimento da cooperativa.
