A Inovação Como Estratégia De Diferenciação Na Agricultura: O Estudo Da Domaine Ile De France

Abstract

O presente trabalho trata-se de um estudo das inovações como estratégia de diferenciação e competitividade das empresas de produtos orgânicos. Com o aparato teórico microeconômico das estratégias inovadoras e o estudo de caso da empresa Domaine Ile de France foi possível identificar que as características da produção (agricultura orgânica) e de mercado (produtos certificados e minimamente processados) são estratégias inovadoras frente às demais empresas agrícolas tradicionais. Além disso, o estudo identificou no comportamento da empresa Domaine uma empresa pioneira e oportunista do ponto de vista de suas estratégias.
