Produção Mais Limpa: Uma Responsabilidade Empresarial

Abstract

Este artigo teve como objetivo propor o uso das técnicas de produção mais limpa em uma fábrica de rações para aves. Para alcançar este objetivo, foi feito um estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa, sendo norteado por pesquisas bibliográficas e pesquisa de campo, caracterizado como exploratório descritivo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de arquivos, entrevista e observação. Com base nos resultados, a pesquisa pode constatar uma possível melhoria no processo produtivo da fábrica. Embora a empresa necessite saber a viabilidade econômica financeira para investimentos, as sugestões não se resumiram em trocas de equipamentos ou aquisições, assim a organização pode ter um processo produtivo mais responsável tendo consciência dos seus atos e buscando uma solução, mesmo que temporária, aos problemas causados ao meio ambiente.
