Titulo: A Organização Das Atividades De P&D Agrícola Em Cuba A Partir Dos Anos 90: Confrontos E Desafios No Seculo Xxi

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a organização das atividades de P&D agropecuária em Cuba e os principais procedimentos metodológicos utilizados para este fim no período pós- revolução, especificamente a partir dos anos 90 após o “derrumbe” ou derrubada do campo socialista e da URSS. Discute-se o modelo linear de organização das atividades de P&D aplicado em Cuba (a partir, da experiência dos países socialistas) e os principais confrontos e desafios a enfrentar a partir das mudanças ocorridas na economia cubana em função do desaparecimento do bloco socialista. Assim para cumprir o objetivo proposto o trabalho é divido em três etapas: a primeira de 1959-1974 nomeada: “Etapa de promoção dirigida da ciência”, a segunda abarca o período de 1975-1989 chamada: “O modelo de direção centralizado das atividades de P&D”, e a última de 1990 até os dias de hoje, batizada: “O novo Sistema Nacional de Ciência, e Inovação Tecnológica”.
