A Hatékonyság És Versenyképesség Főbb Kérdései A Dél-Alföldi Térség Gazdaságaiban

Abstract

A magyar mezőgazdaságban meghatározó szereppel bíró egyéni gazdaságok teljesítményei, hatékonysága – az ország európai uniós csatlakozásával – az egyes piacokon közvetlenül összemérésre kerülnek az unió többi tagországában tevékenykedő gazdálkodókéval. A kutatás során ezt a versenyszituációt figyelembe véve, egy tradicionálisan agrártermelő vidék egyéni gazdaságaiban mély interjúval kiegészített kérdőíves felméréssel azt vizsgáltuk, hogy másfél évtizeddel a rendszerváltás után mi jellemzi a gazdaságok termelési struktúráját, milyen paraméterekkel írható le az eszközellátottság, valamint hogyan alakul a termelésben felhasznált releváns erőforrások, mint a termőföld, a műszaki eszközök és a tőke hatékonysága. Vizsgálataink kitértek a gazdaságok együttműködési hajlandóságára is, ahol a gazdálkodókban működő pszichológiai mechanizmusok feltérképezése mellett arra a kérdésre kerestük a választ, hogy napjainkban mennyire érhetők tetten a gazdálkodásban a kooperáció tényezői, illetve a máshol már jól bevált együttműködési formációk (például gép- és gazdaságsegítő körök) fogadtatása milyen lenne a gazdálkodók körében
