A Duna-Körös-Maros-Tisza Eurorégió Gazdasági Fejlettségének Elemzése A Régiók Európájában

Abstract

A társadalmi-gazdasági folyamatok vizsgálatának fontos és történelmileg egyre inkább az érdeklődés középpontjába kerülő dimenzióját jelenti azok térbelisége. Valamennyi fejlődéstörténeti korszak általános jellemzője az egyenlőtlen területi fejlődés. Hazánkban és Romániában is mély gazdaságtörténeti gyökerei vannak a fejlettségbéli differenciálódásnak. A rendszerváltással bekövetkező gazdasági válságjegyek az országos fejlettséget meghatározó "szakadék" elmélyüléséhez vezettek. Világossá vált, hogy az eddigi területfejlesztési politika és eszközrendszer nem elegendő. A leszakadás megfékezését és a közeledést a külföldi területfejlesztési források uniós csatlakozást követő minél nagyobb mértékű megszerzése jelenti. A piacgazdaságra való áttérés óta fokozódó fejlettségbéli eltérések tompítását kívánja szolgálni a Duna-Körös-Maros-Tisza interregionális együttműködés a keleti, délkeleti határ mellékén. Ennek megfelelően az eurorégióval kapcsolatos megoldandó feladatokat és lehetőségeket is megpróbáljuk feltárni. Vizsgálatunk alapvető célja a magyar és román határ menti területi egységek gazdasági fejlettségének az összehasonlítása a centrum-periféria sajátosságok függvényében.
