Abstract

Este trabalho pretende mostrar os resultados, avanços e desafios do Programa Seguro-Safra no Ceará. Analisa a distribuição espacial dos efeitos advindos do Programa no semi-árido cearense e suas implicações sócio-econômicas. Para isso acompanhar-se-á rigorosamente o comportamento dos indicadores e padrões de desempenho do Programa através do levantamento, atualização e tratamento das informações. Logo em seguida mostram-se através da análise de figuras, quadros, tabelas, gráficos e marco teórico de referência as principais contrapartidas do Seguro Safra à agricultura de base familiar. A partir dos dados pesquisados apresentam-se as políticas econômicas praticadas com vistas a adequar o Programa às necessidades do pequeno agricultor. Diante disso, teremos um cenário da atuação do Seguro-Safra no que diz respeito ao combate a desestruturação da agricultura familiar e de incentivo ao desenvolvimento e crescimento econômico do semi-árido cearense, repercutindo de maneira direta na vida do pequeno agricultor e na produção de grãos do estado.--------------------------This work intends to show the results, progress and challenges of the Programa Seguro-Safra in Ceará. It analyzes the space distribution of the effects advindos of the Program in the semiarid from Ceará and their socioeconomic implications. For that it will be accompanied the behavior of the indicators and patterns of acting of the Program strictly through the rising, updating and treatment of the information. Therefore soon afterwards they are shown through the analysis of illustrations, pictures, tables, graphs and theoretical mark of reference the main compensations of the Seguro Safra to the agriculture of family base. Starting from the researched data they come the economical politics practiced with views to adapt the Program to the small farmer's needs. Before that, we will have a scenery of the performance of the Safe-harvest in what says respect to the combat the desestruturação of the family agriculture and of incentive to the development and economical growth of the semi-arid from Ceará, echoing in a direct way in the small farmer's life and in the production of grains of the state.
