Estrutura Do Mercado De Trabalho Agrícola No Brasil: Uma Analise Descritiva Da Evolução De Suas Categorias Entre 1995 E 2006

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como principal objetivo analisar a estrutura ocupacional relacionada às atividades agropecuárias do Brasil, dando especial destaque as atividades não remuneradas. Foi observado que no período 1995 a 2006 ocorreu uma significativa elevação da participação relativa dos trabalhadores na produção para o próprio consumo na composição dos ocupados em atividades agropecuárias. O trabalho concentrou-se na caracterização das formas não remuneradas de trabalho agrícola. Identificou-se que praticamente 30% do esforço ocupacional (medido em termos de quantidade de horas acumuladas de trabalho) em atividades da agropecuária estão concentrados em formas ocupacionais não remuneradas. Alem disto vem se observando uma redução do numero médio de horas trabalhadas com exceção de algumas posições na ocupação (produção para o próprio consumo) e algumas atividades. Finalmente, destacam-se as relações (associações de correspondências) existentes entre formas ocupacionais e atividades da agropecuária. --------------------------------------------This study has its main goal to analyze the occupational structure related to farming activities in Brazil, focusing in unpaid activities. It was observed that in the period from 1995 to 2006 there was a significant increase in participation of workers on the production for self consumption in the composition of occupied workers in farming activities. The work focused on the characterization of the unpaid agricultural work types. It was identified that nearly 30% of the occupational effort (measured in terms of accumulated amount of worked hours) in farming activities are concentrated in unpaid occupational forms. Furthermore it has been observed a reduction in the average number of hours worked with the exception of some positions in the occupation (production for own consumption) and some activities. Finally, it is emphasized the relations (correspondence associations) existing between occupational forms and activities on farming.
