Estudo Dos Fatores De Localização De Abatedouros E Centros De Distribuição De Agroindustrias De Frango De Corte

Abstract

Buscou-se com este estudo a identificação dos principais fatores de localização de abatedouros de frangos de corte e centros de distribuição localizados no Distrito Federal e Entorno (GO). Por meio de aplicação de questionários semi-estruturados, aos gestores de quatro abatedouros e dois centros de distribuição, foram avaliados se os fatores clássicos de Localização e contemporâneos interferiam e em que medida sob as decisões de localização. Observou-se nessa pesquisa que os fatores de maior relevância na localização de abatedouros foram: infra-estrutura básica e proximidade das matérias-primas, além da presença de mão-de-obra qualificada. Os menos relevantes foram: disponibilidade de lazer, grau de sindicalização da mão-de-obra, concorrência e custo da terra. Para a localização dos depósitos percebemos a influencia de fatores diversos dos observados para o abatedouro, os mais relevantes foram os referentes a custo da terra, custos de instalação/ construção, infra-estrutura básica, proximidade do mercado consumidor e das cidades, infra-estrutura social e impostos e taxas. Os fatores menos importantes para o depósito foram o nível e número de concorrentes no mercado, o custo de vida na região, os custos de mão-de-obra, características topológicas e geográficas do local e proximidade das matérias-primas. Observamos também que para os depósitos há uma presença maior de critérios contemporâneos, quando comparados aos abatedouros.---------------------------------------------The identification of the main cut chicken slaughterhouses and distributions center located in the Federal District and Entorno (Goiás state) factors were studied in this work. Applying semi-structural questionnaires to the managers of four slaughterhouses and of two distribution centers, it was possible to evaluate if the present and classical location factors have interfered and in what level about how to decide one proper location. It was observed in this study that the main importance for the location of the slaughterhouses were basic infra-structure and raw material nearness, besides the skilled labor hand. The least important were: entertainment availability, level of labor hand syndicate work, competition and land cost. To locate the warehouses we noticed that the influence is different from the observed for the slaughterhouses. The most important were the ones concerned to the cost land, installations costs/construction, basic infra-structure, consumer market and cities proximity, social infra-structure and Brazilian legal taxes. The least important factors for the warehouses were the level and competition number in the market, the cost of living in the region, the labor hand costs, geographical and the topology aspects of the location and the proximity of the raw material. We also observed that there is more presence of present criteria to the warehouses when comparing to the slaughterhouses.
