Abstract

Os principais entraves se encontram no ambiente organizacional.------------------------------------------------The aim of this article is to approach the SAF's in the context of the NEI, identifying and describing variables with bigger motion and dependence, which restricts these activities performance in the State of Rondônia. SAF's are ways of land usage where forest components are associated with farming, contributing for the reduction of human beings pressures to the environment. In Amazon, the production through SAF’s are being expanded by small organized familiar producers who integrate the primary production to the improvement. There are impediments in institucional and organizacional environment that limit the SAF's performance, which must be known and studied. The NEI as a theoretical approach has complemented the assumptions of neoclassic economics, saying there are operation costs of the economic system. Transaction Costs analyze the failure of price mechanism to garantee the efficiency of the market. To identify the variables, a questionnaire was applied to 10 (ten) technicians who give support to the SAF's in Rondônia, being identified 32 (thirty two) variables to study, which were related in the matrix and presented to the experts, allowing to know the linking variables. The main obstacles are in the organizational environment.
