Abstract

Finalmente, o trabalho indica o retorno do capital aplicado e concluí que quanto maior a área, maior será a rentabilidade do projeto e menor será o custo operacional.-----------------------------------------------The work presents a study of return on investment in three areas of land of different sizes, in Umuarama, norwest of Paraná.
