Abstract

Utilizando distintos recursos analíticos, entender que guia para pensar o actuar de determinada manera en relación a una cuestión.---------------------------------------------Though the environmental issue, the susteintability, and the production of healtly food are topics of universal appeal, they are also issues of a social nature locally constructed. The understanding of the social positions of the diferent actors involved in the swine- production chain will allow the identification of an especific context within which the different productive visions that influence the actions of the agriculture farmer develop . The “arenas” are settings where the different actors not only argue about their positons but also perform their actions. In these local scenarios, some actors exercise their influence upon other actors. The aim of this paper is, in the first place, to analyse the social positions of the different actors involved in the swine-production chain in order to gain a better understanding and insights into the agriculture farmers in relation to the quality of the final product and resulting environmental changes. Secondly, through analytic procedures, try to understand the underlying motivations that lead to the adoption of specific behaviours.
