This paper presents a partial result of a larger research about an environmetal and socio-economical evaluation of long pepper production in a community of producers (jarmers) from a colonization project of INCRA. This work is about the systematization (organization) of what was searched in the fieldwork through the research done with ten (10) rural producers that belong to the producers association of the colonization project from Humaitá, in Porto Acre – Ac. The diagnosis was developed based on the raising of propulsory and restrict forces related to the environmental of each rural area (property), gathered in a matrix (source). The results showed the necessity to review the public politics and rural business management, in order to give support and more respect (value) to the activities that conduct the Amazon Communities into a really supporting development.
