    OBJETIVA-SE NESTE ARTIGO A INSERÇÃO NO DEBATE TEÓRICO SOBRE O PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO EM ORGANIZAÇÕES AGRÍCOLAS, COM ÊNFASE EM SEUS MECANISMOS DE GESTÃO. ESTRUTURA-SE ESTE ARTIGO EM UM ESTUDO DE CASO, REALIZADO EM UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO AGRÍCOLA, LOCALIZADA NO SUDOESTE GOIANO, MAIS ESPECIFICAMENTE, UMA TENTATIVA DE SE ESTABELECER UM PLANO ESTRATÉGICO PARA A ORGANIZAÇÃO. CONSTITUINDO-SE DE SUA CARACTERIZAÇÃO E ESTABELECIMENTO DE SEU NEGÓCIO, SUA VISÃO, MISSÃO, PRINCÍPIOS E VALORES. PROCURA-SE ABORDAR O AMBIENTE NO QUAL A ORGANIZAÇÃO SE INSERE, IDENTIFICANDO PONTOS FORTES, FRACOS, PONTOS A MELHORAR, SUAS OPORTUNIDADES E AMEAÇAS; NUMA TENTATIVA DE DETERMINAR POSSÍVEIS CENÁRIOS. PARA TAL PESQUISA SE TORNOU NECESSÁRIO O ESTABELECIMENTO DE SUAS ESTRATÉGIAS E A FORMULAÇÃO DO MAPA ESTRATÉGICO. METODOLOGICAMENTE, NUM PRIMEIRO MOMENTO ABORDOU-SE UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA SOBRE O PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO, POSTERIORMENTE FOI REALIZADO O LEVANTAMENTO E DIAGNÓSTICO SITUACIONAL DA ORGANIZAÇÃO, COM ÊNFASE NO PORTFÓLIO DE PRODUTOS PARTICIPANTES DE SUA MATRIZ “BCG”. A PROSPECÇÃO DE CENÁRIOS REALIZADA FICOU COMPREENDIDA ENTRE OS PERÍODOS DE 2008 À 2010, 2011 À 2014 E DE 2015 À 2018, TENTOU-SE ESTABELECER OS POSSÍVEIS CENÁRIOS DURANTE OS PERÍODOS DE ESTUDO, CONCLUIU-SE COM A DETERMINAÇÃO DE SUAS ESTRATÉGIAS E SEU MAPA ESTRATÉGICO. -----------------------------------------THE AIM AT THIS ARTICLE IS THE INSERTION OF THE THEORICAL DEBATE ABOUT STRATEGIC PLANNING IN AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION, WITH EMPHASIS IN ITS PROCEDURE MANAGEMENT. THE ARTICLE BASES IN A STUDY, IT TOOK PLACE ON A RURAL ORGANIZATION, SITUATED IN THE SOUTHWEST OF GOIÁS, ESPECIALLY, IT’S AN ATTEMPT OF ESTABLISH STRATEGIC PLAN TO THE ORGANIZATION. SET PARTICULARITIES AND ESTABLISH BUSINESS, VISION, MISSION, RUDIMENTS AND IMPORTANCE. IN SEARCH OF REACHING THE AMBIENCE WHICH THE ORGANIZATION INSERT, IDENTIFYING ITS STRONG AND WEAK POINTS, IMPROVE POINTS, ITS OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS; IN A WAY OF DETERMINE POSSIBLE SCENES. IT WAS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH STRATEGIES AND FORMULATE A STRATEGY MAP TO REALIZE THE RESEARCH. METHODOLOGICALLY, IN THE FIRST MOMENT SET A BIBLIOGRAPHY REVIEW ABOUT THE RAISING AND DIAGNOSTIC’S ORGANIZATION, WITH EMPHASIS IN A PORTFOLIO OF THE PARTICIPANT’S PRODUCTS SOURCE IN “BCG”. THE SCENES PROSPECTING REALIZED IN 2008 TO 2010, 2011 TO 2014 IN THE 2015 TO 2018, TRIED TO ESTABLISH POSSIBLE SCENES DURING THE PERIOD OF RESEARCH, CONCLUDE WITH THE DETERMINATION OF THE STRATEGIES AND THE STRATEGIES MAPS.
