Diferenciação Ou Necessidade Na Certificação Iso 9001: Uma Análise Em Duas Empresas Agroindustriais

O presente estudo de caso foi realizado em duas organizações agroindustriais, a AGCO do Brasil Comércio e Indústria Ltda. e a Tecno Moageira S/A, tratando-se de um estudo de caso de natureza exploratória e descritiva, que objetivou analisar os motivos pelos quais essas organizações implementaram a certificação ISO 9001, em torno da seguinte problemática: Qual o real interesse da certificação ISO 9001 nestas empresas agroindustriais? Para este artigo, a revisão da literatura abordou temas como certificação, diferenciação e competitividade, exigências legais e de mercado. Após a análise e interpretação dos dados obtidos na revisão da literatura e visitas de campo, foram delimitados os motivos que levaram à implementação da certificação ISO 9001 por essas organizações, mostrando as suas dificuldades, adaptações e benefícios que a certificação lhes proporcionou. Por fim, o estudo demonstrou que a certificação ISO 9001 não é apenas uma diferenciação de mercado, mas acima de tudo, uma necessidade vital para a sobrevivência dessas organizações, sendo que para obter êxito na sua implementação é necessário o envolvimento de todas as pessoas que as compõem. For this article, the revision of the literature approached subjects as certification, differentiation and competitiveness, lawful demands and of market. After analysis and interpretation of the facts obtained in the revision of the literature and visits of field, were delimited the motives that caused to the implementation of the certification ISO 9001 by those organizations, showing his difficulties, adaptations and benefits that the certification provided them. Finally, the study showed that the certification ISO 9001 is not barely a differentiation of market, but above all, a vital need for the survival of those organizations, being that for obtain success in her implementation is necessary the involvement of all the persons that compose them.
