Abstract
O presente estudo busca compreender e avaliar os arranjos organizacionais de produtores de uva no Brasil, com foco no arranjo determinante para cooperação dos envolvidos em cada segmento da cadeia. O estudo dá-se através de conceitos ligados a economia de custos de transação e análise do Sistema Agroindustrial (SAG), observando a integração da cadeia como o elemento fundamental para crescimento do setor. O desenvolvimento baseou-se nos dados estatísticos e informações, bem como o estudo da abordagem teórica através do conceito de Commodity System Approach (CSA), Sistemas Agroindustrial (SAG) e a Teoria de Custos de Transação.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The following paper seeks to understand and evaluate the organizational arrangements of Brazilians Grapes farmers, focusing determinate the cooperation between all segments of the chains involved. This paper was made through concepts related to transaction costs economy and the Agro industrial Systems (SAG) observing the chain parts relationship as basis for the sector growth. The development was based on statistics and information data also concepts of Commodity System Approach (CSA), Agro industrial Systems (SAG) and Transaction Costs Theory.
