Influencia Do Programa De Aquisicao De Alimentos Na Comercialização Dos Produtos Da Agricultura Familiar: O Caso De Três Municipios Do Noroeste De Minas Gerais

Abstract

O trabalho tem o objetivo de anunciar a pesquisa em desenvolvimento por meio do Programa de Pós-graduação em Agronegócios – PROPAGA – UnB (dissertação de mestrado) sobre o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos da Agricultura Familiar (PAA) e sua influência sobre a comercialização dos produtos da realizada pelos agricultores familiares. Três aspectos serão analisados : a qualidade da produção, a regularidade da oferta e a quantidade produzida. A pesquisa se dará em três municípios da região Noroeste do estado de Minas Gerais : João Pinheiro, Paracatu e Unaí durante o ano de 2008. Como parte dessa pesquisa, foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o PAA, suas influências sobre o modo de comercialização dos produtos dos agricultores familiares e uma avaliação sobre as características esperadas desse instrumento de política pública, segundo o relatório do Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID) de 2007.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The work aims to announce the research in development through the Program for Post-graduate degree in Agribusiness - PROPAGA - UnB (a master's dissertation) on the Program of Acquisition of Food from the family farm and its influence on the marketing of the products held by family farmers. Three aspects will be examined: the quality of production, the regularity of the supply and the quantity produced. The search will be made in three municipalities in the Northwest region of the state of Minas Gerais: João Pinheiro, Paracatu and Unaí, during the year 2008. As part of that search, a bibliographic review about the Program was made, showing their influence on the manner of marketing the products from family farmers and an assessment on expected characteristics of this instrument of public policy, according to the report by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) 2007.
