Abstract

O objetivo desse artigo é mostrar que a metodologia da Produção Mais Limpa pode ser aplicada em empresas rurais assim como é implementada pelo setor industrial. No modo de produção atual do setor primário e industrial existem pelo menos duas características comuns a ambos, são elas: o desperdício de matérias-primas e de energia. O anseio de minimizar ou eliminar as causas e os efeitos desta situação são os principais objetivos da Produção Mais Limpa. Este trabalho procurou realizar uma pesquisa através da coleta de dados secundários em periódicos, artigos técnicos e bibliografia especializada sobre a contribuição da metodologia da produção mais limpa para a eficiência e eficácia das empresas rurais. Percebeu-se que as empresas, ao adotarem esse modelo de Administração da Qualidade Total, poderão beneficiar-se com a redução de seus custos, bem como aumentar sua capacidade inovadora, atendendo de forma mais adequada às necessidades de seus consumidores. É a prática empresarial pautada na gestão ambiental que permite a incorporação de processos produtivos mais limpos no setor industrial e na atividade agrícola que propiciam incrementos crescentes no nível de competitividade da empresa. The objective of this article is to show that the methodology of the cleaner production can be applied in agricultural companies as well as is implemented by the industrial sector. In the way of current production of the primary and industrial sector at least two common characteristics to both exist, are they: the energy and raw material wastefulness. The search for minimizing or to eliminate the causes and the effect of this situation is the main objectives of the cleaner production. This paper looked for to carry through a research through secondary data, scientific papers and specialized bibliography in order to show the contribution of the methodology of the cleaner production for the efficiency and effectiveness of the agricultural companies. One perceived that the companies, when adopting this model of Administration of the Total Quality, will be able to be benefited with the reduction of its costs, as well as increasing its innovative capacity, taking care of adjusted form more to the necessities of its consumers. The management supported by environmental practices and the incorporation of cleaner productive processes in the industrial sector and in the agricultural activity is practical that propitiate increasing increments in the level of competitiveness of the company.
