A Computer Simulation of the Spread of Hepatitis C

Abstract

The paper presents a generic interactive simulation model for Hepatitis C. The model can be used to predict the long term outcome of existing or custom made cohorts by changing numerous parameters simultaneously. It can also be used to estimate threshold values for parameters and immunisation strategies.
