Revue Des Politiques Sur Les Pesticides Et Les Produits Veterinaires Dans L’Espace Cedeao

Abstract

Après 10 ans de mise en œuvre sa politique agricole commune ECOWAP, la revue de la politique sur les pesticides et les produits vétérinaires commanditée par la CEDEAO fournira des résultats d’analyse utiles pour instruire davantage la politique commune en matière de gouvernance régionale du secteur des pesticides et des produits vétérinaires pour une productivité agricole accrue en Afrique de l’Ouest. En effet, elle indiquera les réformes qu’il convient de faire aux politiques nationales des pesticides et des produits vétérinaires pour rendre effectif les directives du PRIA en la matière. Il s’agit notamment d’accroître les investissements publics et privés et de promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat agricole à travers des efforts concertés des Etats pour un développement harmonieux et accéléré du secteur agricole vers une croissance de 6% par an dans la sous-région à l’horizon 2015.
