Virtuelle Feedback-Systeme Und Nudging Für Eine Bessere Ernährung Bei Jugendlichen

Abstract

Ein neuer Ansatz zur Verhaltensbeeinflussung ist das sog. Nudging. Durch kleinere Veränderungen in der Entscheidungsarchitektur können Entscheidungen in vorhersagbarer Weise verändert werden, ohne Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten zu verbieten oder ökonomische Anreize zu verändern. Die Wirksamkeit dieser „weichen“ Art der Verhaltensbeeinflussung wurde bereits vielfach nachgewiesen. Basierend auf diesen neuen Erkenntnissen wurde die Benutzeroberfläche eines Touchscreen-Bestellterminals, wie er derzeit bereits in McDonalds-Restaurants eingesetzt wird, manipuliert. Ziel ist die Reduktion der Kalorienmenge pro Bestellung, besonders bei Jugendlichen. Folgende Manipulationen sollen im Rahmen eines Laborexperiments in einem Between Subject Design getestet werden: Hervorhebung von Information, kognitives Feedback und emotionales Feedback. Letzteres wird durch einen Avatar realisiert.
