Land Classification: A Selected Bibliography

Author

Listed:
  • Goodsell, Orval E.

Abstract

Excerpts from the Foreword: This bibliography was compiled primarily for use by members of the Bureau of Agricultural Economics who are working on subjects pertaining to land economics. Others in the Bureau of Agricultural Economics, in Agricultural Colleges, Experiment Stations, and the Extension Service, and other agencies and individuals who are interested in land classification, may find it useful. In compiling the bibliography, the viewpoint adopted was that land classification constitutes an integral phase in the development of programs of land use. The bibliography is designed, therefore, to serve as a handy reference to recent literature relating to this phase of land-use programs.
