Desarrollo metodológico para la valoración de los elementos funcionales de Sistemas Agroalimentarios Localizados

Abstract

El problema operativo principal de la multifuncionalidad es valorar las diferentes funciones que desempeñan los sistemas de producción agrícola, teniendo en cuenta que la mayor parte de estas funciones corresponden a bienes o servicios no comerciales, que no tienen un precio especificado en el mercado. Con el fin de desarrollar una metodología de identificación y valoración de las funciones relevantes de los Sistemas Agroalimentarios Localizados se adelantó un estudio aplicado a tres concentraciones de agroindustria rural basadas en la producción de panela en Colombia1.
