Identificación de casos de trampa de ingresos medios (MIT) mediante clustering dinámico

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone identificar posibles casos de MIT mediante clustering dinámico (DTW) sobre un panel multivariado (1990–2024). Combinamos K-means (estructura) con DTW (trayectorias) multivariado y univariado, y una clasificación binaria por moda ponderada, con robustez a ponderaciones y normalización. La validación utiliza un benchmark externo (tipologías por ingreso ampliamente usadas en la literatura), y los resultados preliminares distinguen países con trayectorias compatibles con MIT.
