Influencia de los factores de oferta en la exportación de la quinua en Bolivia

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en identificar los factores de oferta (las variables) que inciden en las exportaciones de quinua en Bolivia. Para ello, bajo la hipótesis de que los determinantes de las exportaciones están en el lado de la oferta, se utiliza la técnica econométrica de los Mínimos Cuadrados Ordinarios (MCO). Como principal conclusión, del periodo de estudio 1991-2018, se observa que las exportaciones de quinua se generaron, esencialmente, debido al incremento de las tierras destinadas a la producción y al aumento de los precios internacionales.
