Abstract

O trabalho tem por objetivo compreender a dinâmica acumulativa das empresas, através de um estudo de caso. Trata-se de uma cooperativa, que embora possua algumas especificidade que as diferenciam das empresas privadas, atuam no mercado concorrendo com estratégias próprias de uma estrutura empresarial. O trabalho descreve o crescimento da cooperativa e sua trajetória, realçando oas estratégias competitivas adotadas desde a sua fundação.
