Abstract

هذا الكتاب، الذي تمخض من رسالة ماجستير قدمت لقسم الاقتصاد الإسلامي بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة في ربيع الأول 1404هـ مع توصية بنشرها، قد تناول موضوعًا أصبح من مواضيع الساعة علمًا وممارسة، وهو عمل شركات الاستثمار الإسلامية في السوق العالمية. لقد واكب هذا البحث بزوغ وانتشار الوعي على الاقتصاد الإسلامي وضرورة الالتزام بتطبيق مبادئه وأهدافه سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الدولي، ثم ما تبع ذلك من قيام المؤسسات المصرفية أو الاستثمارية الإسلامية وامتداد نشاطها وتجاوزه حدود الدول الإسلامية نفسها. ومن الطبيعي، أن هذه المؤسسات تحتاج إلى دراسات تنير لها دربها وتقيم ممارساتها وتفتح آفاقًا جديدة لأبحاث ودراسات جديدة تتناول نواحي أكثر تفصيلاً أو تعقيدًا أو مواضع لم تطرق بعد طرقًا علميًا متكاملاً. ويأتي هذا الكتاب ضمن هذا النوع من المجهودات العلمية.
