Abstract

أصل هذا الكتاب رسالة علمية نال بها المؤلف درجة الدكتوراه من قسم الفقه في كلية الشريعة، جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في الرياض، وقد أشرف عليها الشيخ صالح العلي الناصر رحمه الله (مشرفًا شرعيًا)، والأستاذ الدكتور محمد نجاة الله صديقي، الباحث في مركز أبحاث الاقتصاد الإسلامي في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز بجدة (مشرفًا اقتصاديًا). والكتاب، كما يدل على ذلك عنوانه، يتضمن دراسة لطريقة عمل البنك اللاربوي، واستعراضًا لأهم التخريجات الشرعية لنشاطات البنوك الإسلامية، وبعض العقود المباحة التي تم تطويرها، لكي تكون قاعدة لنشاط المصرف بعيدًا عن التعامل بالفائدة المحرمة. كما يتضمن الكتاب عرضًا لفكرة البنك التجاري كوسيط مالي وعلاقته -في ظل الترتيبات الوضعية- بالمصرف المركزي والمصارف التجارية الأخرى.
