Abstract

There is no abstract يقع الكتاب في 62 صفحة من القطع الصغير ، يبدأ فيه الكاتب بتعريف العقد ، والإجارة ، والتمليك ، والبيع ، والإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك ، ثم يعطي بعض صور العقد ، والصورة المشهورة . ثم يقدم بعض ما يمكن أن يرد على العقد ، كبيعتين في بيعة ، وعقدين في عقد ، والبيع المعلق ، ليصل في نهاية المطاف إلى الرأي المختار ، وهو الجواز ، مع بعض القيود .
