Abstract

ما هي الأسباب التي حالت وتحول دون تحقيق أهداف النظم الاقتصادية المختلفة، والمتمثلة في الكفاءة والعدالة الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية في أي بلدٍ في العالم؟ وهل يختلف النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي عن غيره من النظم أهدافا وإستراتيجيةً ونظرةً عامةً للحياة؟ وما هي أبعاد السياسة التي يتعين أن تعتمدها الدول الإسلامية لتحقيق مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية دون تسببٍ في اختلالات توازن طويلة الأمد؟ أسئلة أجاب عنها الدكتور محمد عمر شابرا من خلال مدخل واثني عشر فصلاً ضمنها في كتابه: الإسلام والتحدي الاقتصادي. الصادر بالاشتراك مع المعهد العالمي للفكر الإسلامي والمعهد العربي للدراسات المصرفية، ضمن سلسلة إسلامية المعرفة بالرقم (14). وقام بترجمته الدكتور محمد زهير السمهوري، وراجعه محمد أنس الزرقا، وقدّم له الدكتور محمد سعيد النابلسي، في طبعته الأولى 1996م. وهو كتاب قال عنه أستاذ الاقتصاد بجامعة كلورادوبولدر البروفيسور كينيث بولدنغ هذا عمل ممتاز. وفصوله عن مزايا وعيوب الرأسمالية والشيوعية ودولة الرفاهية هي تحليل بديع. مع فهم عميق جدًا، وأسلوب واضح، يكتب بروح إنساني عميق الاهتمام بمصلحة الجنس البشري. وسيجد المهتمون بالمسألة الأخلاقية للمجتمع في تحليله قيمة كبيرة... ووصفه البروفيسور فولكر نينهاوس من جامعة بوخوم بألمانيا بأنه عمل ممتاز أرجو أن يقرأ ليس فقط في العالم الإسلامي بل من قبل الزملاء في الغرب....
