Abstract

موضوع الكتاب: هو البحث المقارن لقضية الأسعار وتخصيص الموارد في النظم الاقتصادية المختلفة: الرأسمالية والاشتراكية والإسلام، وهو موضوع نجده مطروحا في بعض كتب الاقتصاد الإسلامي لعل أبرزها كتاب الدكتور عمر شابرا المتميز والموسوم: الإسلام والتحدي الاقتصادي، إلا أن ما يميز كتاب الدكتور السبهاني، هو أنه تخصص في دراسة القضية واستقصائه لأبعادها، بما يؤهله أن يكون مرجعا أصيلا في دراسة النظرية الاقتصادية الإسلامية على نحو مقارن. فرضية الكتاب وهدفه: يذكر المؤلف في بداية كتابه الفرضية الأساسية التي يناقشها والتي تقضي: إن تخصيصا كفؤا للموارد، محققا للرفاهية الاجتماعية، يقترن حصرا بالنظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي في ظل مجمل البناء التشريعي والقيمي للإسلام. ويهدف الباحث في كتابه إلى إثبات تفوق الاقتصاد الإسلامي على غيره من النظم في مجال تخصيص الموارد.
