Abstract

Die Lebensbedingungen Wohnen, Wohnumfeld und Freiraum werden anhand der Fallbeispiele Bonn und Dresden als vergleichbare Großstädte vorgestellt, um den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand und Entwicklungsperspektiven zu erörtern. Mögliche Auswirkungen der Rahmenbedingungen zwischen 1945 und 1990 werden hinterfragt. Die Vergleiche stützen sich auf kleinräumige Erhebungen und Bewertungen der Wohnungs- und Freiraumbeständein definierten Stadtgebietstypen und auf repräsentative Befragungen der Wohnbevölkerung... @This paper presents housing, neighbourhoods and open space as examples of living conditions based on case-studies of Bonn and Dresden, chosen as comparable major cities for the purpose of discussing the current state of development and perspectives for future development. The authors scrutinise possible effects of the circumstances which provided the framework for development between 1945 and 1990.
